If you are anything like me, then you can’t bake cookies without eating at least a spoonful of raw cookie dough. Well why not just bake raw AND edible, cookie dough?! Just think about it, eating a whole bowl of uncooked cookie dough without having to worry about getting sick or about the raw eggs, there aren’t even any eggs in this recipe, so why worry?
Well here is the recipe:
1/2 cup unsalted butter.
3/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup chokolate chips (optional)
So thats it!
A really simple but good cookie dough in no time. You can put it in the freezer or just eat it all right away! Its your choise;)
